Risk Divisional Governance Associate

hirify.global’ Risk Division develops comprehensive programs to identify, monitor, assess, and manage financial and non-financial risks in support of the firm’s strategic business plans.

What you will do

• Liaise with senior Risk division stakeholders to drive development of department-wide programs and processes for operational risk management framework and governance.
• Support execution of key risk management programs including RCSA, Issue Management, Business Continuity, Regulatory Traceability, Policies, and Events.
• Design and report on governance and monitoring framework via templates, standards, guidelines, and key risk & control indicators to senior management.
• Manage and coordinate the division’s key governing documents and policy stacks.
• Contribute to transformation projects and presentations across the division.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Experience in non-financial risk disciplines such as operational risk management, enterprise risk, compliance, audit, or other governance functions preferred.
• Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior management.
• Ability to execute multiple critical division-wide initiatives concurrently.
• Ability to navigate large data sets, develop metrics, and perform analysis (plus).
• Experience managing junior resources.
