Location: Morton, Illinois, United States; 100% on-site with no hybrid or remote schedules. The role operates on the first shift, Monday–Friday, and requires up to 5% domestic travel. Relocation is not offered.
Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do
- Conduct reviews and assessments of business processes and controls, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate compliance activities related to export controls, emissions and non-emissions requirements, country-of-origin rules, and other regulations.
- Review customer and business requests, monitor orders and regulatory overrides, and determine when parts should be blocked or released.
- Complete EPA forms and other regulatory documentation, verify product labeling, and evaluate shipping information.
- Maintain compliance controls, classifications, policies, procedures, and supporting documentation as requirements change.
- Support audits, corrective action plans, monitoring activities, and cross-functional resolution of compliance requests.
Requirements
- Knowledge of business process management and improvement techniques.
- High accuracy and attention to detail, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, interpret information accurately, and work across multiple teams.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures while identifying issues requiring additional review.
- Must work on-site in Morton, Illinois, Monday–Friday on the first shift; up to 5% domestic travel is required.

- Experience or education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Exposure to import/export processes, customs, or international trade.
- Experience evaluating information, determining next steps, and improving established processes.
