What you will do

• Identify business risks, process deficiencies, and potential gaps in risk management practices.
• Execute key control deliverables related to issues management, risk reporting, and control assessments.
• Collaborate with 2LOD and 3LOD partners to review process documentation and mitigate control gaps.
• Lead cross-functional engagement efforts and align engineering roadmaps with the PRC Change Management framework.
• Prepare bi-weekly impact assessments and executive reporting on risk escalations and growth metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and build consensus across senior stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience in Operational Risk, Audit, or Change Management.
• Understanding of Consumer banking processes in a risk management context.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative controls across financial products.
• Ability to perform data analytics using metrics to identify trends and themes.
• Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft tool suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Nice to have

• 3-5 years of banking experience specifically in operational risk, compliance, or corporate governance.
• Specific experience in Consumer Banking (Deposits).
• Experience working on Audits.
