TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager (AI): Operationalizing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and building scalable revenue processes with an accent on data-driven insights, AI automation, and process optimization. Focus on architecting internal tools using Claude Code, reducing revenue leakage, and aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Location: Onsite in San Francisco or Menlo Park, California (up to 5 days a week)

Salary: $130,000 – $155,000 base

What you will do

  • Manage cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align GTM efforts.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the lead-to-cash process to increase ARR and reduce revenue leakage.
  • Build AI-assisted dashboards and perform ad-hoc analyses to provide data-driven insights for GTM leadership.
  • Architect and build internal automation and tooling solutions using Claude Code to eliminate administrative tasks.
  • Champion and implement an AI-first operating model to accelerate strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Collaborate with GTM Engineering to deploy custom-built tools and maintain data governance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of: Quota/Compensation Planning, Commission Execution, Sales Territories, Deal Desk, Lead Routing, or Renewal Operations.
  • Daily proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and coding in SQL and Python.
  • Exceptional writing, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
