TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco (3x/week in office)

Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 + Equity

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for GTM, automating sales busywork to enable sellers to focus on closing deals.

What you will do

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into pipeline, conversion, and rep performance to identify root causes and evaluate trade-offs.
  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and forecasting models for GTM leadership.
  • Lead end-to-end operational projects from scoping and planning to execution and impact measurement.
  • Serve as the DRI for critical RevOps systems including territory management, quota management, and lead routing.
  • Optimize and manage the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, hirify.global, Gong, Clay) to ensure data hygiene and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS RevOps; 4-6 years total experience in investment banking, management consulting, or similar analytical roles.
  • Subject matter expertise in HubSpot and the modern GTM stack.
  • Strong analytical foundation for building complex models and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to independently maintain, evolve, and document critical business systems.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid (3x/week) office schedule.
