What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from pipeline building to closing offers for Product & Design roles.
• Partner with technical leadership to define hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on recruiting best practices.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of passive technical talent to support current and future growth.
• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, compensation insights, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Optimize recruiting workflows and maintain high data integrity within the Ashby ATS.
• Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally to align hiring efforts with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of building technical teams within high-growth companies.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring partners and leadership.
• Strong communication skills for systematic candidate management.
• Experience using data and metrics to influence recruiting strategies.
• Must be based in San Francisco
