What you will do

• Respond to incoming client service requests for accounts of varying sizes.
• Process policy endorsements and issue new business documentation.
• Address client inquiries regarding insurance coverage and policy details.
• Remarket accounts as necessary to ensure optimal coverage.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and thoroughness in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a State Insurance License within 90 days.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to type a minimum of 55 words per minute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to learn firm-specific insurance software programs.
