What you will do
- Hire, train, and develop customer service personnel while setting clear performance goals.
- Define and implement a strategy to reorganize the Customer Service Department.
- Establish standard job descriptions and roles for all Client Services positions.
- Manage and mentor Account Managers to achieve budgeted revenue targets.
- Champion a customer-first culture by ensuring reliable, accurate, and timely communication.
- Build and manage an on-call scheduling function with defined KPIs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (EST or CST time zones)
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of experience in Client Services.
- Extensive leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience in project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
