What you will do

  • Hire, train, and develop customer service personnel while setting clear performance goals.
  • Define and implement a strategy to reorganize the Customer Service Department.
  • Establish standard job descriptions and roles for all Client Services positions.
  • Manage and mentor Account Managers to achieve budgeted revenue targets.
  • Champion a customer-first culture by ensuring reliable, accurate, and timely communication.
  • Build and manage an on-call scheduling function with defined KPIs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (EST or CST time zones)
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Client Services.
  • Extensive leadership and team-building skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
