What you will do

• Service internal leads and manage the existing book of business.
• Monitor policy renewals and provide re-market quotes to clients.
• Explain policy details to policyholders and initiate follow-up actions.
• Ensure all policy requirements, inspections, and documentation are fulfilled.
• Assist clients with information and guidance during the claims process.
• Perform administrative tasks including record maintenance and third-party coordination.

Requirements

• Must maintain current insurance licensing in all applicable states.
• Working knowledge of insurance and state regulations for personal lines.
• Experience quoting and working with multiple carriers in a broker environment.
• Proficiency in AMS 360 Management System or Applied System.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced broker environment.
