What you will do
- Service internal leads and manage the existing book of business.
- Monitor policy renewals and provide re-market quotes to clients.
- Explain policy details to policyholders and initiate follow-up actions.
- Ensure all policy requirements, inspections, and documentation are fulfilled.
- Assist clients with information and guidance during the claims process.
- Perform administrative tasks including record maintenance and third-party coordination.
Requirements
- Must maintain current insurance licensing in all applicable states.
- Working knowledge of insurance and state regulations for personal lines.
- Experience quoting and working with multiple carriers in a broker environment.
- Proficiency in AMS 360 Management System or Applied System.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced broker environment.
