What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting claims and initiating the claims process.
- Independently process travel claims in accordance with established policies and benefit plans.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with claimants and suppliers in a professional manner.
- Analyze and interpret technical procedures, benefit plans, and insurance regulations.
- Ensure all activities maintain strict HIPAA compliance.
- Meet established performance standards for both claim processing quality and quantity.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
