What you will do

  • Identify and engage prospective customers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings for Account Executives through high-volume personalized outreach.
  • Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, urgency, and alignment with ideal customer profiles.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers to uncover business challenges and position company solutions.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and pipeline progression within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to align on target accounts and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or recruiting, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior-level decision-makers.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft).
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
