What you will do

• Generate service agreement quotes and sell them to new and existing customers.
• Cultivate prospective buyers and close sales via phone and web-based technologies.
• Write, negotiate, and execute contracts while managing all related documentation.
• Perform cold calling and execute service sales campaigns to drive new business.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Service Sales Specialists to develop the sales funnel.
• Track activities using C4C (SAP) and analyze forecasting with Power BI.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful inside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of contract governance, legal language, and the contract lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SAP (or similar CRM), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Must be based in the United States (NY location mentioned).
• Effective negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
