What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Legal Engineer Product Specialists.
• Drive customer adoption, utilization, and expansion across a global customer base.
• Oversee customer engagement strategies including onboarding, workshops, and enablement.
• Act as a senior escalation point for strategic accounts and build relationships with senior legal stakeholders.
• Design and refine scalable playbooks, training programs, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification required.
• 5+ years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a leading company.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles such as client advisory or legal tech.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of modern legal workflows and challenges.
