What you will do

• Own the product strategy and execution for the Fulfillment Platform to improve customer and efficiency outcomes.
• Define a clear product vision and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with company goals and P&L objectives.
• Lead platform innovation, translating AI and automation capabilities into measurable business impact.
• Establish decision frameworks and performance metrics to ensure disciplined execution and transparency.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Legal to resolve tradeoffs and remove executional friction.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to refine strategy and identify high-impact opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with broad strategic accountability for significant business outcomes.
• Proven track record of owning large, complex platform areas from discovery through launch and measurable impact.
• Experience implementing AI, data, or automation-driven features to provide real customer value.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to form data-backed perspectives independently.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence for influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed environments.
