What you will do

• Own the AI Journey product end-to-end, encompassing vision, execution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Find product-market fit by constantly validating hypotheses with customers and iterating based on real signals.
• Actively build within the codebase using AI assistance to run experiments and ship products to users.
• Drive the go-to-market strategy, determining where the product wins and how it scales from zero to ten.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Success teams.

Requirements

• Founder-style builder mindset with high agency, resilience, and the ability to operate under extreme ambiguity.
• Proven experience in zero-to-one growth, having personally scaled a product or feature to millions in revenue.
• Technical credibility with the ability to open pull requests and ship real code to production.
• Must be based in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience with DTC, ecommerce, marketing automation, or AI-driven marketing tools.
• Technical curiosity regarding LLMs, agents, and prompt workflows.
• Hands-on involvement in early-stage product development.
