Compensation: $230,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for the consumption-based pricing system.
• Build and operate systems that reliably convert token usage into revenue, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Define pricing for new models and features, determining what is bundled, add-on, or metered.
• Partner with go-to-market, finance, and leadership to scale billing and forecasting processes.
• Use data and customer insights to run pricing experiments and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Translate complex legal software buying behaviors into clear and fair pricing structures.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York City
• Experienced Product Manager with a strong background in pricing or monetization systems at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Hands-on experience with usage- or consumption-based pricing, including billing and metering infrastructure.
• Ability to work across the stack, partnering effectively with engineering and finance teams.
• Fluency with data, experimentation, and rigorous decision-making.
• High standards, low ego, and a strong bias toward ownership and outcomes.
