What you will do

• Provide white-glove IT support for employees in the New York City office.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer and optimize core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware procurement and repairs.
• Support meeting room technology and corporate events to ensure high-quality A/V experiences.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to scale IT operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support within a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
• Strong proficiency with identity and access management platforms (Okta) and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with macOS device management and MDM solutions.
• Hands-on scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for supporting senior leadership.
• Ability to work in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kandji or Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
