Salary: $110,000 – $165,000

What you will do
- Design and evolve IT automation using Okta Workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and license management.
- Manage the full Okta configuration surface, including SSO, SCIM, adaptive MFA, and RBAC via Lumos.
- Implement and troubleshoot complex SAML 2.0 and OIDC integrations across the enterprise SaaS stack.
- Administer macOS fleet at scale using Kandji and manage Windows devices via Jumpcloud.
- Integrate AI tools and LLMs to accelerate IT service delivery and build agentic workflows.
- Lead SOC 2 evidence collection and automated access review pipelines.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in IT systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in Okta, SAML/OIDC federation, and macOS endpoint management (Kandji/Jamf).
- Proven track record of building multi-step automation workflows (Okta Workflows preferred).
- Proficiency in Python or Bash for extending low-code platforms and debugging integrations.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
- Active proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, Copilot) to optimize operational work.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise iPaaS platforms like Workato.
- Knowledge of zero-trust architecture, CASB, or ZTNA.
- Certifications in Okta, Kandji, or Google Workspace.
- Experience supporting M&A technical integrations or cross-tenant identity migrations.
