What you will do

• Design and evolve IT automation using Okta Workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and license management.
• Manage the full Okta configuration surface, including SSO, SCIM, adaptive MFA, and RBAC via Lumos.
• Implement and troubleshoot complex SAML 2.0 and OIDC integrations across the enterprise SaaS stack.
• Administer macOS fleet at scale using Kandji and manage Windows devices via Jumpcloud.
• Integrate AI tools and LLMs to accelerate IT service delivery and build agentic workflows.
• Lead SOC 2 evidence collection and automated access review pipelines.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT systems engineering.
• Deep expertise in Okta, SAML/OIDC federation, and macOS endpoint management (Kandji/Jamf).
• Proven track record of building multi-step automation workflows (Okta Workflows preferred).
• Proficiency in Python or Bash for extending low-code platforms and debugging integrations.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
• Active proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, Copilot) to optimize operational work.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise iPaaS platforms like Workato.
• Knowledge of zero-trust architecture, CASB, or ZTNA.
• Certifications in Okta, Kandji, or Google Workspace.
• Experience supporting M&A technical integrations or cross-tenant identity migrations.
