Risk Management Specialist

TL;DR

Risk Management Specialist: Supports the development, implementation, and management of risk management and insurance programs addressing complex client needs with an accent on client relationship building and policy administration. Focus on assisting senior colleagues in negotiation, business development, and understanding client risk profiles to enhance service delivery.

Location: Hybrid work with expectation to be onsite or in local office at least three days per week

What you will do

• Assist senior colleagues in developing and managing risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs
• Support relationship building with key client decision makers through regular meetings and liaison
• Help implement renewal, broking, retention, and defense strategies under senior guidance
• Support negotiation of claim settlements on behalf of clients
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy documentation, and certificates
• Develop understanding of company technologies and insurance classes to assist colleagues

Requirements

• Hybrid work format: must be onsite or in local office at least three days per week
• Ability to support senior colleagues in client relationship and risk management tasks
• Understanding of insurance policies and risk management principles
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and policy administration
