Salary: $60,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day technical operations and business-as-usual activities for enterprise clients.
- Develop and oversee channel implementation strategies aligned with platform capabilities.
- Drive tactical execution including repricing, promotional planning, and algorithmic optimization.
- Conduct technical reviews to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Support technical roadmap planning and feature adoption for strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or e-commerce within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Foundational understanding of channel requirements, data mapping, and feed architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with workflow tools like Salesforce or JIRA.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI-driven tools like Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to manage technical projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in technical account management or implementation.
- Experience with product data platforms or enterprise retail technology.
- Familiarity with SaaS deployment models and scalable system design.
