Salary: $100k – $140k + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end customer implementation process from sales handoff to full value realization.
• Develop and track customized onboarding plans to ensure customers meet their specific implementation goals.
• Act as the primary link between customers and internal Engineering, Product, and Design teams to shape the product roadmap.
• Proactively identify success risks and execute decisive action plans to mitigate them.
• Cultivate customer champions and document success metrics and case studies.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance is a must.
• 1+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a high-growth startup or top consulting firm.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex customers simultaneously.
• Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in the USA.
