What you will do

• Guide customers through the transition from implementation to a self-sufficient operating model.
• Advise on operational processes, governance, and data quality practices within the elluminate platform.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and documentation to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
• Deliver enablement sessions and knowledge transfer to clinical data managers and study teams.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure customer maturity and independence.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Customer Success teams to share adoption insights and feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 6–8+ years of experience in SaaS service delivery, consulting, or customer success.
• Experience with life sciences or clinical development software such as EDC or analytics platforms.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business processes.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and customer-facing presentations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
