What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Loomi AI marketing solution.
• Lead client onboarding, platform implementation, and data migration processes.
• Audit online shops and web pages to design and evaluate A/B tests that drive conversion.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop strategic roadmaps aligned with client KPIs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice within the US.
• Communicate regularly with clients to suggest product improvements and report on project evaluation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4-6 years of experience in B2B/B2C SaaS or in-house eCommerce.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and handle challenging situations.
• Understanding of marketing cloud technologies, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with independence and self-organization.
• Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and campaign optimization is highly beneficial.
