Salary: $155,000 – $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Embed with Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for improving user experience and business impact.
• Define and maintain core product metrics to create a shared understanding of customer value.
• Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests and causal inference methods.
• Analyze product usage and GTM signals to inform roadmap decisions and size opportunities.
• Build dashboards, reports, and self-serve tools for cross-functional teams.
• Develop analytical frameworks and models to explain user behavior and guide prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or quantitative fields.
• Strong track record using SQL and Python to drive product or business impact.
• Deep fluency in experimentation, causal inference, and statistical modeling.
• Experience defining measurement frameworks from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills to influence executive and technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
