What you will do
- Define north-star, leading, and guardrail metrics for agentic revenue systems, including ARR, pipeline, and conversion lift.
- Design measurement and experimentation frameworks using holdouts, staged rollouts, and quasi-experimental methods.
- Partner with PMs and engineers to instrument, evaluate, and monitor launches to ensure observability of incremental value.
- Translate behavioral and model-driven signals into decisions regarding automation, routing, and human intervention.
- Develop dashboards and evaluation systems to identify where automation creates leverage and where workflow design needs improvement.
- Collaborate across GTM Growth, RevOps, Data, and Sales teams to connect product changes to business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a quantitative role such as Data Science, Product Analytics, or Applied Statistics, ideally in B2B growth.
- Deep grounding in experimentation, causal inference, and applied statistics for real-world environments.
- Strong technical fluency in SQL and Python for extracting signal from messy operational data.
- Proven track record of translating analysis into shipped decisions regarding product, policy, or GTM strategy.
- Strong business judgment and ability to scope ambiguous problems and define success.
- Systems thinking maturity regarding AI agents, workflows, and feedback loops.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted operations platforms.
- Background in RevOps, sales prospecting, or operational automation systems.
- Experience building attribution or observability frameworks from scratch in evolving environments.
- Familiarity with B2B, SMB, or marketplace-style GTM motions.
