Salary: $255,000–$405,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Embed with the Customer Success organization to drive customer adoption and engagement of business products.
• Establish key metrics, run experiments, and perform analysis to understand the incrementality of adoption and engagement efforts.
• Proactively surface insights and opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Build tools and systems for stakeholders to self-serve data and insights.
• Become an expert in hirify.global’s data and systems, self-serving data and deriving insights.
• Partner with other data scientists to share knowledge and synthesize learnings across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science roles within dynamic, outcome-driven organizations.
• Expertise in statistics and causal inference, applied in both experimentation and observational causal inference studies.
• Proficiency in quantitative programming languages (Python, R) and expertise in SQL for large datasets and ETL workflows.
• Experience using business intelligence tools (Mode, Tableau, Looker).
• Strategic and impact-driven mindset, capable of translating complex business problems into actionable frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
