What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy production machine learning models including neural networks and ranking systems.
• Build adaptive recommendation and personalization systems that respond to creator behavior and feedback.
• Apply reinforcement learning and contextual bandits to balance exploration and exploitation in product objectives.
• Develop reward models and feedback loops to translate implicit signals into reliable training targets.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer challenges into intelligent ML solutions.
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and production maintainability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of reinforcement learning, deep learning architectures, and sequence modeling.
• Experience with offline evaluation, A/B testing, and causal inference techniques.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale recommendation or ranking systems in consumer marketplaces.
• Familiarity with ad recommendation or campaign optimization systems.
• Experience serving large-scale ML models in production.
