What you will do

• Partner with Platform product team to improve developer experience, reliability, and usage growth
• Define and operationalize north-star metrics across developer funnel and model performance guardrails
• Design and interpret A/B tests and controlled rollouts for new models, pricing, and features
• Build dashboards and self-serve data tools for cross-functional teams
• Translate product learnings into actionable feedback for research on model quality and evaluation gaps

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA, USA
• 5+ years in quantitative roles with experience in platforms, APIs, or B2B products
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with experience designing rigorous experiments
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with PMs, engineers, and executives
• Experience defining metrics including reliability, latency, cost, and safety
• Strategic thinking about tradeoffs and business impact beyond statistical significance

Nice to have

• Background in developer platforms, observability, or usage-based pricing/quotas
• Experience connecting offline evaluations to online product impact
• Prior work in NLP, LLMs, agentic systems, or enterprise analytics for B2B products
