What you will do

  • Own and exceed revenue targets for the Pharma segment.
  • Lead strategic enterprise sales cycles across 20 target pharma accounts from prospecting to close.
  • Partner with Clinical, Product, and ML teams to tailor AI solutions for patient adherence and clinical trial recruitment.
  • Develop ROI frameworks and business cases to demonstrate measurable patient outcomes.
  • Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene through disciplined CRM management.
  • Represent the company at key pharma conferences and executive briefings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of closing large ($1M+) enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling consulting, SaaS, or AI/ML solutions.
  • VP-level enterprise seller with a quota-carrying history of ~$3M+ ARR per year.

  • Existing relationships with decision-makers at top pharma accounts.
  • Experience with AI, digital health, or data-driven patient engagement platforms.
  • Background in investment banking or management consulting for ROI modeling.
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
