What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to maximize performance.
- Own team revenue objectives including new business acquisition, renewals, and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure long-term retention.
- Drive platform adoption and value realization by monitoring engagement metrics and AI feature usage.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting to senior leadership.
- Provide strategic deal coaching and support for complex sales cycles and negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS direct sales leadership and customer success within life sciences or pharmaceutical regulatory industries.
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality presentations and business proposals under tight timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to travel as needed to customer sites, industry events, and company meetings.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of eQMS market and regulatory/compliance frameworks for life sciences.
- Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading sales/account teams.
