Salary: $150,000–$232,055

What you will do
- Develop and execute the overarching account strategy for the mid-market segment to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 5-7 Account Managers to foster a high-performance culture.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a senior escalation point for critical client needs.
- Oversee aggregate revenue performance, including complex contract renewals and cross-sell/up-sell initiatives.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and implement robust account health monitoring strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 3+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven track record of retaining and growing client portfolios within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Extensive experience in account planning, specifically within transportation, logistics, or related industries.
- Ability to build influential relationships with C-suite executives.
Nice to have
- Direct leadership experience in telematics or supply chain technology.
- Formalized sales methodology training (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC).
- Expert proficiency with Salesforce.
