Location: Remote (US), but must be based in the Illinois/Missouri territory with an expectation of 4.5 days per week in the field.
Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive territory growth through prospecting, developing, and closing new business with General Pediatricians.
- Serve as the primary account manager for healthcare providers, midlevels, and staff.
- Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations on ’s clinical genomics solutions.
- Coordinate and execute both in-person and virtual client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Lead educational initiatives, including physician lunches, dinners, and regional conference events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years in healthcare sales (physician services) or 2+ years as a genetic counselor.
- Must be based in the Illinois/Missouri territory.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel extensively (weekends/evenings as needed).
- Experience selling into general pediatric practices is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
