Compensation: $151,000 - $162,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Achieve assigned revenue quotas through end-to-end sales execution within a defined territory.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans based on whitespace analysis and growth opportunities.
- Build and expand relationships with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
- Lead complex, consultative sales opportunities by aligning solutions to high-impact customer needs.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements while balancing customer value and company objectives.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and maintain data accuracy in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Proven ability to independently own and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling capabilities including discovery, objection handling, and business case development.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools for pipeline and forecasting management.
- Ability to orchestrate cross-functional partners to support customer outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions in healthcare or digital health.
- Understanding of clinical, operational, and financial buyer dynamics in healthcare systems.
- Experience structuring moderate to high-complexity commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools for daily work and data governance.
