What you will do

  • Achieve assigned revenue quotas through end-to-end sales execution within a defined territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans based on whitespace analysis and growth opportunities.
  • Build and expand relationships with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales opportunities by aligning solutions to high-impact customer needs.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements while balancing customer value and company objectives.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and maintain data accuracy in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • Proven ability to independently own and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
  • Strong consultative selling capabilities including discovery, objection handling, and business case development.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools for pipeline and forecasting management.
  • Ability to orchestrate cross-functional partners to support customer outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions in healthcare or digital health.
  • Understanding of clinical, operational, and financial buyer dynamics in healthcare systems.
  • Experience structuring moderate to high-complexity commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools for daily work and data governance.
