Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (5 days in-office)
Salary: $120,000–$160,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders at top-tier franchise brands.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive-level events.
- Manage strategic initiatives including webinars, co-hosted events, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand platform adoption.
- Present ROI analysis and franchise usage data to secure executive buy-in for scaling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive ARR growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to build and drive commercial relationships with executive leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong public speaking skills and comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to travel (1-2 times per month during peak season).
- Proficiency in using AI tools to optimize workflows.
