TL;DR

Corporate Partnerships Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and expanding high-value brand partnerships with major restaurant and hospitality franchises with an accent on executive relationship building and commercial growth. Focus on driving platform adoption, securing long-term commitments, and scaling usage across franchise systems.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (5 days in-office)

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders at top-tier franchise brands.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and executive-level events.
  • Manage strategic initiatives including webinars, co-hosted events, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand platform adoption.
  • Present ROI analysis and franchise usage data to secure executive buy-in for scaling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive ARR growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build and drive commercial relationships with executive leadership.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong public speaking skills and comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (1-2 times per month during peak season).
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to optimize workflows.
