What you will do

• Partner with Product Design leaders and hiring managers to understand design role requirements and roadmap fit
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer extension for design hires
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and outreach
• Develop recruiting strategies to support rapid company growth
• Conduct market mapping and research on design talent
• Track pipeline data and provide insights to internal stakeholders
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing
• Initiate projects to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Build strong relationships internally and externally to enhance recruiting effectiveness

Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting or sourcing experience focused on Design, UX, or creative/technical roles
• Experience building candidate pipelines and conducting creative outreach
• Understanding of various design profiles such as Product Designer, UX Researcher, and Design Systems
• Ability to communicate role and team value effectively
• Location: Must be onsite in New York, NY with relocation support available
• English proficiency: B2 or higher
