What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for all product-related functions.
• Proactively source and engage top-tier talent through network-driven outreach.
• Conduct structured, high-signal interviews to ensure quality and cultural fit.
• Improve recruiting workflows, tools, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, and leadership to meet scaling goals.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• 5–7 years of recruiting experience with significant in-house background.
• Proven success owning and closing roles in product functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience operating independently in high-growth or startup environments.
• Familiarity with ATS systems like Ashby and modern sourcing tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting.
• Passion for music and creative technology.
