Malay/Indonesian/Filipino Speaking Account Manager (Forex)

What you will do

• Promote and sell hirify.global’s forex trading products and services.
• Identify prospects, generate client pipelines, and build long-term client relationships.
• Provide responsive customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Work toward individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
• Develop knowledge of the FX market, trading platforms, and hirify.global products.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the Forex industry.
• Experience in customer service, sales, outbound or inbound support, consulting, or a similar customer-focused environment is advantageous.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers.
• Strong communication, ownership, proactive problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in English and Malay is required.
