Broker Relationship Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage and monitor assigned broker portfolios across multiple communication channels.
• Build strong knowledge of products, policies, and loan structuring to provide informed guidance.
• Discuss loan scenarios and structures with mortgage brokers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the broker network.
• Increase broker utilisation through engagement, education, and consistent follow-up.
• Manage tasks efficiently and complete additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service within financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistence and determination to engage brokers and drive activation.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach with strong initiative.
• Problem-solving, collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a high-performing team.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Sydney, Australia.
