Account Director (Fintech)

Location: Remote, United States — Florida, Miami

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 base per year, plus equity and commission

What you will do

• Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with client and company strategic priorities.
• Manage client renewals and identify upsell and net-new revenue opportunities.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with business, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders across Latin American accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client satisfaction and successful technology project delivery.
• Monitor product usage, forecast account metrics, and provide regular progress updates.
• Support client communications through system demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and business-case development.

Requirements

• Spanish fluency required.
• Proven experience improving client engagement, growing revenue, and finding opportunities within existing accounts.
• Experience managing senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking organizations, markets, cultures, and operations.
• Experience with technology transformation projects in financial institutions and relationship or account management.
• Knowledge of banking financial products and business metrics, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.
