What you will do

• Own program delivery for AI Platform and Data Systems initiatives from initiation through completion.
• Translate ambiguous mandates from IT leadership into structured, trackable programs with clear success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs, ensuring dependencies are visible and delivery stays on track.
• Maintain executive-ready status reporting for C-level stakeholders to ensure consistent portfolio health.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks across programs before they impact delivery timelines.
• Utilize AI tools to build lightweight workflows and automations for status reporting and risk tracking.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of program or project management experience leading complex technical initiatives in high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to build structured delivery and measurable outcomes from early-stage, ambiguous ideas.
• Track record of managing executive-level and C-level stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working with technical leads in AI, engineering, data, or platform contexts.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Linear, Jira, ServiceNow, or Asana.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cowork).
• Familiarity with AI/ML platform delivery, MLOps, or data engineering workflows.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience in high-growth cybersecurity companies or remote-first distributed teams.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
