Salary: $134,000 – $179,000

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of mission-critical programs for global infrastructure scalability.
• Own the DC Ops roadmap and ensure timely delivery of all milestones in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Drive tactical execution by resolving critical bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness.
• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure global consistency.
• Develop technical and logistical mitigation strategies through proactive risk management.
• Provide data-driven program health insights and performance updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in complex technical environments.
• Direct experience within data center, infrastructure, or hyperscale operations.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
• Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional programs.
• Fluency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
• Experience building and improving program governance structures and reporting frameworks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DCIM, CMMS, or facilities management platforms.
• Formal project management certification or equivalent PMO experience.
• Experience building foundational operational frameworks, playbooks, and reporting tools from scratch.
• Experience supporting senior leadership through operational governance and review processes.
