What you will do

• Lead Business Process Reviews across Manufacturing Operations to identify opportunities for standardization and optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to define future-state processes, operational requirements, and success metrics.
• Program manage the Systems Pillar of the Zoox Production System (ZPS), ensuring effective integration and adoption.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between BizApps, IT, HR, and Legal to translate operational needs into system solutions.
• Develop and execute change management and communication strategies for new systems and operating models.
• Facilitate workshops and monitor process effectiveness and adoption metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading business process transformation or enterprise systems implementations in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to translate operational requirements into scalable system and process solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, QMS, PLM, or MES) in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must work on-site in Hayward, CA or Foster City, CA.

Nice to have

• SAP Certified Application Associate in relevant modules.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Program Management.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification.
