Group Product Manager (Fintech/AI): Leading the Agent Experience pod to develop AI-powered tools and workflows for consumer servicing with an accent on agent productivity and operational excellence. Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in the United States.
Salary: $236,000 - $325,000 per year

What you will do
- Set the vision and strategy for Agent Experience, translating it into a sequenced roadmap for workflows, automation, and AI.
- Manage and coach a team of 2-3 Product Managers, helping them sharpen judgment and execution.
- Operate as a player-coach, personally leading high-ambiguity, 0-to-1 initiatives.
- Drive AI-first transformation to improve agent efficiency and reduce customer friction.
- Partner with Operations and Servicing leaders to turn frontline pain points into product strategy.
- Define and manage success metrics across customer experience, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a product leader and people manager of other PMs.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with deep-dive technical and workflow debugging.
- Strong product judgment in ambiguous spaces and a pragmatic, AI-forward mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders from frontline agents to executives.
- Must be based in the US.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with customer support platforms or agent tooling.
- Background in building internal workflow systems or service operations.
- Experience delivering AI/automation products.
