Salary: $190,000 - $220,000 USD

What you will do

• Own and refine the revenue and marketing forecast model for .COM and Amazon channels.
• Lead annual and ongoing financial planning processes in coordination with marketing and commercial teams.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CMO and SVP of Finance to drive channel strategy.
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team with a focus on analytical rigor.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and best-in-class financial planning tools.
• Partner with data and accounting teams to ensure financial data integrity and reporting consistency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing a team.
• Direct experience in a DTC or e-commerce business.
• MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree.
• Deep expertise in building complex, integrated financial models.
• Exceptional executive communication skills for C-suite and board-level presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon's retail ecosystem (Vendor Central, Seller Central, or Amazon Advertising).
• Background in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Proficiency with Tableau or other BI tools.
