What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning cycles including strategic plans, operating plans, and executive reviews.
• Provide financial insight and decision support to the ECS CFO and leadership team.
• Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards to enhance visibility into portfolio performance and cost management.
• Partner with global and regional finance teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
• Advance FP&A capabilities through standardization and the adoption of AI and automation tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience supporting consumer, fintech, or digital platform businesses.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide decision-ready insights.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization.
