What you will do

• Partner with Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, and Revenue leaders to drive business outcomes.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with ML modeling teams to integrate aggregated ML forecasts into financial planning.
• Establish top-line performance metrics and report realized financial performance to executive leadership.
• Design and deliver scalable automated financial dashboards and analytics for executive consumption.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 2+ years of experience in analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into concise reports.
• Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling case study required) and SQL.
• Experience with Sigma, Cursor, or other data visualization tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with merchant payments or B2B client relationship support.
• Interest in building processes or models involving AI.
