What you will do

• Partner with Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, and Revenue leaders to drive business outcomes through strategic and analytic support.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast, reconcile, and analyze variances for key metrics.
• Collaborate with the ML modeling team to integrate financial models with aggregated ML forecasts.
• Establish top-line performance metrics and targets, reporting realized financial performance to Executives.
• Design and deliver scalable automated user and financial dashboards for cross-departmental consumption.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or data science.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to complete a financial model case study.
• Comfort with SQL, Looker, or other data visualization tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex financial information into concise executive reports.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with merchant payments or providing analytical support to B2B client relationship and sales teams.
• Interest or experience in building processes and models around AI.
