What you will do

• Lead integrated annual planning (AOP), rolling forecasts, and long-range planning (LRP) for North America.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate complex financial data into strategic narratives and decision-support frameworks.
• Manage P&L ownership across multiple revenue channels and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Execute advanced financial modeling and investment appraisal for sports rights deals and go-to-market investments.
• Drive finance transformation via AI-enabled forecasting and process automation to increase scalability.
• Prepare board-level reporting and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for C-suite and investor audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with 3-5 years in senior leadership within media, streaming, or tech.
• Deep expertise in subscription and DTC business economics (LTV, CAC, churn, ARPU).
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle PBCS, Looker, Power BI, and expert-level Excel financial modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred.
• Must be based in New York.
