CFD Equity Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Promote and sell CFD equity products focused on US and Hong Kong stocks.
• Build, develop, and maintain a strong client pipeline.
• Establish long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide customer support by phone, email, and online chat, resolving platform and product issues.
• Analyze US and Hong Kong stock-market trends, company news, and macroeconomic factors to provide clients with market updates and trading insights.
• Track sales, client satisfaction, activity, and other KPIs while contributing to team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong sales and business development skills with experience building client pipelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for developing client relationships.
• Analytical ability to interpret market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Goal-oriented approach with a record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.

• Prior experience in stock trading.
