APAC Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia; hybrid work with office attendance expected on Mondays and Wednesdays each week.

What you will do

• Manage a varied book of customers across APAC, adapting engagement to account size, complexity, and strategic value.
• Build long-term relationships with operational stakeholders and senior executives through in-person and remote meetings.
• Drive customer renewals and service expansion, owning the renewal and upsell process internally.
• Understand customer objectives and requests, represent the customer internally, and coordinate service improvements.
• Present service performance results and explain cybercrime threat insights relevant to each customer’s business and industry.
• Travel periodically for customer visits and industry events.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of Account Management experience managing a varied book of business, with strong renewal and expansion results.
• Personal renewal rates of 92% or above and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding upsell targets.
• Strong written, analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is essential for supporting Mandarin-speaking markets within APAC.
• Experience handling complex customer requests, CRM and account management tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in developing knowledge of cybercrime threats such as phishing and malware.

• Background in cybercrime or internet security.
